What Moymo is not offering you
Moymo pays developers nothing. Read this before you apply.
- No ad revenueNo ads run on games, so there is no share to give.
- No payouts, no storeMoymo never sells your game or handles a transaction.
- Nothing to build for the pageClaiming needs no build and no code. The Moymo SDK, for presence, clips and achievements, is a separate choice in the Developer Portal. Open the Developer Portal
- No promise of reachThe catalogue is small. Its players keep track of what they play.
Who is allowed to change what
Players share the catalogue, so a claimed page does not let you change everything.

How it works
Four steps. Only the review takes days.
Apply
The game, the studio, and how we can tell it is yours. Ten minutes.
A moderator checks it
Usually within a few days. If something is missing, the moderator tells you what.
The game is attached
Already in the catalogue, or created from what you sent.
The page is yours
Presentation, media, updates, stats, and a team you can bring in.
This works
- A store page you control, with a short phrase we give you placed on it.
- A post from the game's own account, or the studio's, naming this Moymo account.
- A message from the studio's domain, or a page on that domain that names you.
- A credit in the game, a commit in a public repository, a press kit with your name.
This does not
- A screenshot of any of the above. Anyone can edit a screenshot.
- A link to the store page alone. Anyone can send that link.
- “I made it, trust me.” A moderator may approve only on evidence.
Publishers, porting studios and community managers are welcome. Say which one you are and who you are acting for.
Honest answers
The questions developers ask most.
How long does a review take?
Usually a few days. Nobody can pay to go faster. If the moderator needs more evidence, the review waits for your reply.
What happens if I am rejected?
You get the moderator’s reason in writing, what to change, and the date from which you can apply again. Moymo cannot record a rejection without a reason. Most rejections are about the evidence, not the game.
Why is there a wait before re-applying?
Most second applications repeat the first one unchanged. The wait gives you time to find better evidence.
Can I claim a game I did not make?
No. Evidence decides who owns a game, not who asked first, and a false claim can cost you your account. If you publish, port or represent a game someone else made, say so in the application; that is allowed.
My game is not in the catalogue at all.
Apply anyway. When Moymo approves the application, the game enters the catalogue as yours, and you write its description yourself instead of proposing changes.
Can I remove a bad review, or change my score?
No, and nobody at Moymo can. Scores and reviews belong to the players who wrote them. You can reply to a review as a verified developer.
Does any of this cost money?
No. No fee, no revenue share, no premium tier, and no way to pay for a better rank. If that ever changes, this page will say so first.
Can I stop?
Yes. Hand the page back and the game stays in the catalogue as an ordinary entry. Scores and reviews stay with the players; the presentation you wrote can go with you.
Studios join on written terms: what you can publish, when and with what notice we can restrict a studio, how games are ranked and what data you see. Read them before you apply: terms for studios
